We Black Folk Presents; Kin Folk

Kinfolk Currents is a one-day cultural activation centering Black artists, wellness practitioners, and storytellers through a day of intentional gathering on Georges Island. Anchored in community care, artistic expression, and historical reflection, this program invites artists and community members to share in collective healing, movement, and creative performance. Through movement, truth-telling workshops, and original performances, Kinfolk Currents transforms the shoreline into a space for rest, remembrance, and cultural celebration.
